1. Prepaid Nature of Services

All SMS Train services are offered on a prepaid basis. Once SMS credits are purchased and added to a client’s account, they are generally non-refundable.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • SMS credits already used or partially used

  • Delivery failure due to:

    • Incorrect or invalid phone numbers

    • Network issues or operator restrictions

    • Recipient handset being switched off or unreachable

  • Message blocking due to content, sender ID rejection, or regulatory restrictions

  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Client’s decision to stop using the service after purchase


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

  • Technical issues caused solely by SMS Train that prevent service usage for an extended period

  • Credits purchased but never used, subject to approval

All eligible refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a written request via email

  • Provide account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund

  • Submit the request within 7 working days of payment

5. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of SMS Train

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible

  • Any transaction or processing fees are non-refundable


6. Service Credits Adjustment

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, SMS Train may offer:

  • Replacement SMS credits

  • Account credit adjustments

Such adjustments will be communicated to the client prior to processing.


7. Changes to This Refund Policy

SMS Train reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
